Brushless DC Motors

Source Engineering’s cost-effective BLDC motors are built for high-volume OEM applications. Round (standard torque) and square (high torque) frame styles cover sizes from 28mm through NEMA 34 with output power from 1W through 660W.

Motors can be specially wound to match your voltage, current, and speed requirements. Cabling, connectors, special shaft configurations, and encoder options are available on request. BLDC motors can also be paired with SEI planetary gearboxes and gearmotors.

FAQ

What is the difference between round and square BLDC motors?
Round-frame motors provide standard torque density in compact diameters. Square (NEMA-format) frames deliver higher torque in a mount-friendly envelope for automation and robotics applications.
Can SEI match a BLDC motor to my drive voltage?
Yes. BLDC motors can be wound for your target voltage, current, and speed. Contact us with your drive specifications and duty cycle.
